SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping cost is determined by the Carrier. Shipping times are determined the Carrier. Once the item has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the Carrier and the purchaser with pursue complaints with them. Estimated production time for the item is stated in the listing. If the production time will be longer due to demand, the seller will inform the purchaser.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Products purchased without variations can be returned for full refund of the cost of the item. Returns must be made no more than 30 days after delivery and must have tags attached. The purchaser will pay for the cost of return shipping. Special orders are not refundable.
